Yvonne is a fully certified Hypnotherapist C.Ht and trained at the South African Institute of Hypnosis (SAIH). She is accredited by IMDHA USA and has been in practice for 15 years. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and coach with Metaco Coaching SA and Neurosemantics USA. She is involved with Neuroscience coaching with the University of Pretoria and has completed addiction studies with the University of Adelaide.

Yvonne is a Hypnotherapist, Neuroscience coach and author, helping you improve your inner wellness and step into your full power. She is an experienced practitioner with demonstrated history of working in the health wellness and fitness industry. She is skilled in Cognition, Stress Management, Trauma, Healing, Relationships, Public Speaking, Hypnosis and NLP, Yvonne helps you overcome hurdles and lead the life you deserve. Aligning mind and body with spirit is a prerequisite to healing and happiness as Yvonne demonstrates with her own cancer journey that she sees everyday as an invaluable gift. It took her to the native Americans that opened a portal to her intuitive and spiritual side, gifts that now greatly enhance her therapy work. She also works with recovering addicts and has co-written a book on addiction for the public and in parallel a course book for practitioners. Yvonne is regularly invited to speak on TV and on health shows and often speaks at rehabilitation centres and at schools.

Yvonne is Swiss and sessions are available for Switzerland and the EU in German and French
