Yes, a hypnotised person always has control, can hear and knows what is happening around them at all times.
What does hypnosis feel like?
Relaxation and focus are the hallmarks of a hypnosis session
Will I be a aware of what is going on around me?
A trained hypnotherapist or hypnotist is able to guide you to a state of focus and concentration. You will experience a state similar to sleep, however you will be fully aware of what is happening around you.
